Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We don't ship internationally yet.

Shipping rates

• Flat-rate shipping: $5.95 per order.
• Free shipping on every order over $75.00 (before taxes).

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 12pm Eastern on a Friday, or on a weekend, ship the next business day.

If your order is waiting on payment, it ships once payment is complete.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number from hello@optilick.com. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed, especially during holidays or severe weather.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't change an address once a package is with the carrier.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, your package says delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us and we'll make it right. For damaged items, please include a photo within 7 days of delivery.
