30-day returns on unopened product
You can return unopened, unused product in its original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. For food-safety reasons, we can't accept opened tubs.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement right away. There's no need to send the item back.
How to start a return
- Email hello@optilick.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the unopened item back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you and issue your refund within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
