Prices
All prices on optilick.com are listed in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown in your cart when you place your order, plus shipping and any sales tax that applies.
How you pay
Payments are made by card through our secure payment processor. Your card details go directly to the processor; we never see or store your full card number.
Sometimes, after you place an order, we'll email you a secure payment link instead. That email always comes from hello@optilick.com and includes your order number. Your order is reserved for you while payment is pending, and it ships as soon as payment is complete.
Staying safe
- We will only ever send payment links from hello@optilick.com.
- We will never ask for your card number by email, text or phone.
- If something looks off, forward it to hello@optilick.com before you pay.
Sales tax
Sales tax is charged where the law requires it and is shown before you pay.
Pricing errors
We work hard to keep prices accurate. If an item is listed at the wrong price, we'll contact you before your order ships to confirm or cancel it. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. See our returns policy for timing and details.
