Your rights
- Access: ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to fix anything that's inaccurate.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information, except records we're required to keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
- Opt out of marketing: unsubscribe from the newsletter any time with the link in every issue.
Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. That's true for every customer, so there's nothing you need to turn off. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the right to opt out of selling or sharing, and we honor that right by not doing it at all.
How to make a request
Email hello@optilick.com from the address you used with us and tell us what you'd like us to do. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm a few details before we act on a request. You can also make a request on someone else's behalf if you're their authorized agent.
How long it takes
We'll confirm we received your request within a few business days and complete it within 30 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why.
No discrimination
We will never charge you more, deny you service or treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
